What is the GRANADA CARD Tourist Pass?

It's the most modern way of seeing the best that the city has to offer. Most cards offer visitors free public transport and discounts on tickets to monuments. The difference with the GRANADA CARD Tourist Pass is that instead of discounts, the price for tickets is already included in your Granada Card. It saves you money for tickets!

There are two types of GRANADA CARD Tourist Passes: GRANADA CARD Plus and GRANADA CARD Básico

Don't forget: It is an "all-included" card, NOT a discount card. Once you have purchased it, you won't have to pay more to benefit from its services.

How can I purchase a GRANADA CARD Tourist Pass?

How can I purchase a GRANADA CARD Tourist Pass?

In advance or once you are in Granada. We recommend purchasing GRANADA CARD Tourist Passes in advance, because they may be sold out on some dates.

Where and when can I pick up my GRANADA CARD? 

If you select the option of picking up your GRANADA CARD Tourist Pass at any of the above places, you will be issued a reservation number. Do not forget to print out the number. It shows the confirmation of your purchase and gives you instructions on where to pick up your GRANADA CARD. You will also be sent an email confirming that your order has been processed.

Make sure to have your identity document or passport with you to certify that you are the legitimate holder of the card.

How can I get tickets to the Alhambra with my GRANADA CARD?

The GRANADA CARD Tourist Pass includes admission to the Alhambra. You don't need to make a booking any other way. When you purchase a GRANADA CARD Tourist Pass, it automatically includes tickets for the monument.

When you book a GRANADA CARD Tourist Pass in advance, online or by telephone, you are asked to select a date to visit the alhambra and a time to entry into the Nasrid Palaces in the Alhambra, just as you do for general tickets.

You won't have to show your GRANADA CARD Tourist Pass at the Alhambra ticket office in exchange for a ticket. Your GRANADA CARD Tourist Pass gives you direct access to the Nasrid Palaces at the pre-set time.

Important: Ticket bookings for the Alhambra are frequently sold out during the high season. With the GRANADA CARD Tourist Pass you have a much better chance of getting your tickets.

How many GRANADA CARDS can I purchase?

You can purchase up to eight GRANADA CARD Tourist Passes per credit card.

What is the eligible age for a Kids GRANADA CARD?

Children ages 3 to 11.

Children over age 11 must purchase an adult Pass.

Children under age 3 do not need a Kids GRANADA CARD, but please do not forget to pick up a free ticket for kids at the Alhambra ticket office.

Can I cancel or change my GRANADA CARD Tourist Pass after purchasing it?

No changes or cancellations are accepted once you have purchased your GRANADA CARD, so please choose your options carefully.

During the purchase, it is possible to acquire a cancellation insurance.

Do students and pensioners receive discounts?

No, the GRANADA CARD Tourist Pass has no additional discounts.

But remember that by purchasing a GRANADA CARD Plus, you are already getting a 50% discount off the price of everything it includes.

Is the GRANADA CARD Tourist Pass recommended for people with disabilities?
